We especially welcome three things: corrections to any security feature or price, tips about a host changing what it includes (backup retention, malware removal, firewall rules, SSL terms), and suggestions for guides you wish existed. Security details change without notice, so if something looks out of date, tell us and we'll re-check it against the provider's own documentation.
What we can and can't help with
We can help you understand what a host's security actually includes, how the controls compare, and where the host's responsibility ends and yours begins. We can't offer account support for any host, access your hosting, or clean up a hacked site for you, because SafeKeep is an independent guide, not a hosting company or a security service. If your site has been compromised right now, contact your host's support first — the secure hosts we cover run support for exactly that — and change your passwords and restore from a known-good backup.
Corrections policy
If we get something wrong, we fix it and update the read-date on the page. Every security feature and price we publish carries the date we checked it, so you can always see how fresh it is. Point us at a change and we'll verify it against the provider's own documentation before updating — no guessing, and nothing published we can't source.
